We are currently looking for a Head of FP&A to join our Finance team. Based in Leeds with agile working arrangements, this is a key leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering the Group FP&A strategy. You will provide strategic financial insight, drive business performance, support major commercial decisions and help ensure leaders across the organisation have the information they need to make informed decisions.
You will be part of a large Finance function supporting a fast-paced vehicle leasing business. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the Group, the team plays a critical role in financial planning, performance management, strategic analysis and continuous improvement.
What's The Role
- Lead and develop the FP&A team, creating a culture of performance, engagement and commercial insight
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of group budgets, forecasts and strategic plans
- Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to support key business decisions
- Monitor financial performance, identifying risks, opportunities and corrective actions
- Deliver insightful reporting and presentations for senior leadership and governance forums
- Lead commercial analysis, investment appraisals and scenario modelling activities
- Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, controls and data governance

What Can You Offer
- Qualified accountant status such as CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent
- Significant FP&A and financial analysis experience within a complex business environment
- Proven success leading and developing high-performing finance teams
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate data into actionable insight
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams
- Advanced financial modelling, forecasting and reporting capability
- Excellent communication, collaboration and change leadership skills
