Head of FP&A
Up to £100,000 - plus bonus
Remote
We are partnering with a high-growth, listed consumer technology business as they appoint their first dedicated Head of FP&A.
This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to work closely with the CFO, build the FP&A function and play a key role in supporting the company's next phase of international growth.
The Role
You'll take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and management reporting, while acting as a key commercial partner to the CFO and wider leadership team.
The role will include:
- Owning the annual budget and rolling forecast.
- Building and maintaining financial models, scenario analysis and long-range plans.
- Leading monthly management reporting and Board materials.
- Driving budget vs. actual and forecast analysis.
- Developing financial and operational KPIs.
- Supporting commercial, investment and capital allocation decisions.
- Building the FP&A function and subsequently hiring a Financial Analyst.
- Working with senior stakeholders and external financial partners.

About You
We're looking for a commercially minded FP&A professional who enjoys working in a hands-on, fast-moving environment.
You'll ideally have:
- Strong FP&A or corporate finance experience.
- Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
- Experience presenting to senior leadership and/or Boards.
- Excellent commercial and analytical skills.
- A track record of working in a scaling or entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience in listed companies, e-commerce, retail, consumer/DTC, affiliate or platform businesses would be particularly relevant.
