Role: Head of FP&A

Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Manchester or London – Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)
Salary: £75k - £90k
Job Number: 32959

Stanton House is partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed buy-and-build business on the appointment of a Head of FP&A at a genuinely exciting point in its growth journey. The business has completed a number of acquisitions in recent months and is continuing to scale, creating an increasingly complex and dynamic environment.

This is not a role where you'll simply inherit an established FP&A function, you'll have the opportunity to build it.

As the group continues to grow both organically and through acquisition, you'll play a key role in developing the financial insight, modelling and performance infrastructure needed to support the next phase of the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Experience with a professional services environment
  • Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is commercial, analytical and hands-on — someone who enjoys working in a changing environment and wants to build something rather than maintain the status quo.
