Eton Bridge Partners has been retained by a high-growth, NASDAQ-listed critical materials business to appoint an FP&A Manager. Reporting to the CFO, this is a unique opportunity to join the organisation during a significant phase of growth and investment. Acting as the CFO's Number 2, the successful candidate will take ownership of the Company's financial and techno-economic models, lead FP&A activities and help strengthen the commercial finance capability of the business. Working closely with the CFO, COO and wider leadership team, you will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making, evaluating investment opportunities and helping the business navigate its next phase of development.
The role combines ownership of long term, complex financial models with commercial analysis and business partnering, making it an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to make a tangible impact within a growing and internationally focused organisation.

- Lead the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
- Take ownership of the Company's financial and techno-economic models, ensuring they remain accurate, robust and fit for purpose.
- Maintain and enhance complex financial models, including macro-enabled models supporting strategic decision-making.
- Partner with the CFO, COO and leadership team to provide commercial insight and challenge.
- Deliver scenario modelling, investment appraisal and business case analysis.
- Develop reporting and analysis tools to improve commercial decision-making across the business.
- Translate complex operational and technical data into clear and actionable financial insight.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, group finance and Board-level leadership.
- Support strategic projects and future growth initiatives.
- Act as a trusted deputy to the CFO, providing analytical rigour and commercial judgement.
Candidate Profile
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong FP&A experience, including advanced financial modelling capability, including ownership and maintenance of complex financial models.
- Experience within asset-intensive sectors such as energy, infrastructure, utilities, renewables, natural resources or telecommunications would be advantageous.
- Able to combine technical modelling expertise with commercial insight and business partnering.
- Credible and confident engaging with senior stakeholders and challenging assumptions where appropriate.
- Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced and evolving business environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations.
- Experience with macro-enabled financial models highly desirable.

Location / Flexible Working
The business offers a flexible and remote-first working model and is open to candidates based anywhere in the UK or South Africa. Monthly travel the South Africa site is required.
