Head of FP&A

Contract Type: Permanent
Location: London (Hybrid)
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £100,000 - £120,000 + Bonus + Benefits

A high-growth, PE-backed energy & home services is seeking a commercially focused Head of FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting and performance reporting during an exciting period of expansion.

Reporting to the CFO, you will take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, board reporting and strategic financial analysis, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive decision-making across the business. This is a highly visible role with significant exposure to leadership, investors and lenders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual budget, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
  • Deliver board packs, KPI reporting and commercial performance analysis.
  • Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to improve performance.
  • Drive reporting improvements, automation and FP&A best practice.
  • Support strategic projects, investment analysis and growth initiatives.
  • Lead and develop the FP&A team.

To Be Suitable

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
  • Proven FP&A leadership experience within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capabilities.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and executive teams.
  • Previous exposure to PE-backed, high-growth or complex businesses preferred.
  • Commercially minded with excellent communication and analytical skills.
