The Company
Pearse Portfolio are excited to be partnering with a leading VC-Backed Fintech/SaaS business as they continue to build out and scale their finance function. Headquartered in London, the business has seen 3x revenue growth in 12 months, and headcount has almost doubled across international entities. This role will play a central part in shaping how the business plans, forecasts, and makes decisions going forward.
The Role
The Head of FP&A will report directly to the CFO with exposure to the wider senior leadership team, offering clear visibility and career progression opportunities. You will own the group's budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes, and act as a key strategic business partner for department heads. Responsible for developing analytical tools, and reporting frameworks that support the business as it scales.

Responsibilities:
- Own the group's budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes, ensuring accurate and timely outputs for management and the board
- Work alongside the CFO on long-term strategic planning and future
- Act as a strategic finance business partner to department heads.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives
- Support the wider finance function on financial reporting requirements
- Lead and develop the FP&A team as the business scales
- Partner with the wider finance team on process and systems optimisation
- Working across company functions on projects and ad hoc tasks

Requirements:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent preferred) or ex-investment banking experience
- Proven FP&A or strategic finance experience
- Experience within fintech, financial services or SaaS businesses is preferred
- Strong communication skills and leadership experience
