📣 We’re hiring: Head of FP&A | Maintel
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced FP&A leader who wants to do more than simply report the numbers.
We’re looking for someone who can become a trusted partner to our Executive and Senior Leadership teams, helping shape business decisions, challenge thinking and continue to evolve how we plan, forecast and understand performance across Maintel.
You’ll take ownership of our FP&A function and play a key role in strengthening and transforming our approach across the Group.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading our budgeting, forecasting and 5-year planning processes
- Partnering closely with the CFO, EMT and senior leaders across the business
- Developing sophisticated financial models and scenario planning to support strategic decisions
- Driving greater accuracy, predictability and commercial insight across our reporting
- Evolving our Board reporting and monthly performance analysis
- Developing deeper visibility of product, project and customer margins
- Challenging existing KPIs and identifying better ways to measure Group performance
- Leading, developing and shaping a high-performing FP&A team
- Deputising for the CFO where appropriate

We’re particularly interested in speaking to qualified accountants with significant FP&A experience who combine excellent technical capability with genuine commercial curiosity.
You’ll need strong financial modelling skills, experience owning complex planning and forecasting cycles, and the credibility to confidently challenge and influence at Executive level.

Experience within a recurring-revenue business model is important, with managed services, SaaS, technology or telecoms experience particularly relevant.
This is a role for somebody who wants to make an impact — improving processes, introducing best practice and giving senior leaders the insight they need to make better commercial decisions.
