Head of Franchise – Bar and pub group £100,000 plus bonus
Location: London or home countries
Our client is an amazing, well-established and respected bar and pub group with multiple sites, currently looking for a Head of Franchise to oversee sites across the UK, Europe and Asia. This is a strong relationship-focused role, centred on the franchise pipeline. You'll be the face of this part of the business, identifying revenue opportunities and partnerships, and reaching out to future franchise partners to support the company's ongoing expansion. Working closely with key stakeholders across the group, you'll play a central role in identifying new locations and driving growth.

- Working closely with the founder on sales strategies and business growth
- Maintaining the level of consistency with regards to the product at an exceptions level
- Customer service and guest relations is KEY!
- Business development, looking at new opportunities
- Overlooking legal documents and franchise agreements, discussing those with the franchisees
