Franchise growth for one of the UK's most exciting new premium fast-casual restaurant concept brands is about to go from ambition to reality, and we're looking for the right person to make it happen.
As Head of Franchise, you will:
- Turn the operational food and beverage (F&B) franchise strategy into reality, creating the SOPs, legal frameworks and control and compliance systems the business will run on
- Build and manage relationships with franchise partners in the UK and overseas, protecting brand standards through every rollout
- Move at pace to support live conversations already underway
- Lay the foundations for franchising to become a significant revenue stream, working alongside marketing and operations
This respected hospitality group is headquartered in Manchester so candidates need to be ideally based in the North of England, or have the ability to regularly be at head office there once or twice weekly, as well as travel flexibly across the UK and in time, internationally
Key Responsibilities
Bringing the operational strategy to life
- Translate the international and UK franchise strategy into workable SOPs, operating manuals and onboarding processes
- Develop, with legal advisers, the legal and regulatory frameworks for each market, including franchise agreements

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
