Duration: Fixed-term contract to 31st March 2028

Your Impact

Your legacy will be a tangible impact on slowing down climate change, helping nature recover, and creating social impact by developing your vision for fundraising income generation at Avon Needs Trees and engaging our supporters through compelling communications.

About Us

You will join a fast-growing organisation that started in 2019 with four volunteers and has grown to a staff team of nineteen (with more recruitment in the pipeline for 2024), over 1,000 volunteers, and ownership of nearly 600 acres of land that will grow woodlands of over 160,000 trees.

It is an exciting time for the organisation as we approach the launch of commercial activities at Lower Chew Forest.

We are looking for a fundraising specialist with the abilities and ambition to grow our charitable income generation and take ANT to our next level of impact. Our current fundraising strategy is focused around corporate partnerships, individual giving campaigns (in particular crowdfunders where we have a strong track record), philanthropists, and trusts and foundations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
