Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Head of FX Dealing / Senior FX Dealer to lead and develop our FX / CFD dealing function in London. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in FX / CFD dealing, Prime of Prime, institutional FX brokerage, liquidity management and dealing desk operations. This is a hands-on leadership role with ownership over execution quality, liquidity setup, exposure monitoring, hedging and dealing team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operation of the FX / CFD dealing desk in London.
- Manage trade execution, pricing quality, liquidity monitoring and order flow.
- Monitor client exposure, product exposure, hedging requirements and abnormal trading activities.
- Work with LPs, Prime of Prime providers, bridge providers and liquidity aggregators to improve execution quality.
- Review slippage, rejection rates, latency, fill ratios and other execution performance indicators.
- Support the setup and optimization of A-book, B-book and hybrid risk models.
- Identify toxic flow, latency arbitrage, abusive trading patterns and other high-risk trading behavior.
- Build and improve dealing procedures, escalation mechanisms, handover processes and reporting standards.
- Lead, train and manage junior dealers as the London team grows.
- Work closely with Sales, Technology, Compliance and senior management on trading-related matters.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an FX Dealer, Senior Dealer, Head of Dealing, Liquidity Manager or similar role.
- Strong experience in FX / CFD trading, including FX, precious metals, indices or related CFD products.
- Prior exposure to Prime of Prime, institutional FX brokerage, liquidity management or LP aggregation.
- Strong understanding of MT4 / MT5, FIX API, bridge, aggregator and liquidity setup.
- Good understanding of A-book, B-book and hybrid execution / risk models.
- Ability to monitor exposure, assess trading risk and manage hedging requirements independently within the dealing function.
- Strong analytical ability in execution quality, slippage, rejection, latency and client order flow.
- Ability to lead a dealing desk or demonstrate strong potential to step into a dealing desk leadership role.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Based in London, or able to work in London.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Prime of Prime, FX / CFD broker, liquidity provider, institutional FX brokerage or prop trading environment.
- Existing knowledge of the London, UK or European FX / CFD market.
- Experience building or scaling a dealing desk.
- Experience managing junior dealers or trading operations team members.
- Strong network with LPs, Prime of Prime providers, bridge providers or institutional FX counterparties.
