Job Description: Head of Global A&D Relationships

Purpose

To position NaughtOne as the ancillary furniture brand of choice within the Architecture & Design community, building meaningful and lasting relationships that create strong emotional connections with the brand.

The role will drive visibility, influence, and preference across key architects, designers, specifiers, and industry partners, ensuring NaughtOne remains front of mind throughout the project lifecycle. By championing the brand story, design credentials, sustainability commitments, and customer experience, the A&D Director will inspire the market to reconnect with and advocate for NaughtOne, ultimately driving specification growth and market share.

Responsibilities

  • Establish NaughtOne as the most desired and specified ancillary furniture brand within the global Architecture & Design community.
  • Cultivate influential relationships that create lasting emotional connections to NaughtOne, strengthening loyalty, advocacy, and brand preference.
  • Elevate NaughtOne's visibility, relevance, and influence across strategic design practices, workplace consultants, and industry leaders.
  • Ensure NaughtOne remains the first brand considered throughout the design and specification journey, from concept creation through to project delivery.
  • Reignite affinity for the brand by inspiring architects and designers to rediscover what makes NaughtOne distinctive, innovative, and indispensable.
  • Develop and execute a global A&D engagement strategy that drives specification growth, market influence, and long-term commercial success.
  • Build a highly engaged community of advocates who view NaughtOne as a trusted design partner and thought leader, rather than solely a furniture manufacturer.
  • Leverage strategic relationships, industry insight, and market intelligence to identify emerging opportunities and strengthen NaughtOne's competitive advantage.
  • Develop and deepen relationships with leading design firms, including TP Bennett, Gensler, HLW, Sheppard Robson, Perkins & Will, M Moser, and other influential global practices.
  • Partner closely with Global Account Manager and Global Territory Sales Managers to maximise specification opportunities, project wins, and conversion rates.
  • Act as the global ambassador for the NaughtOne brand, championing its design ethos, sustainability commitments, craftsmanship, and customer experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
