Head of Global Channel Partners

At Magnific, we’re looking for a Head of Global Channel Partners to build and lead our global channel and strategic partnerships function.

This is a global leadership role with a clear mission: build the partner ecosystem that will become a meaningful growth engine for our enterprise business.

You’ll own the strategy from the ground up — identifying the right partner types and markets, building relationships with agencies, creative studios, resellers and technology partners, and creating scalable referral, co-sell and reseller motions worldwide.

You’ll also build and lead the team behind it, starting with regional Channel Partner Managers across the US and EMEA.

Success in this role isn’t measured by introductions. It’s measured by partner-sourced, qualified, sales-ready pipeline

📍 Location: London, New York or Los Angeles
🤝 Team: Partnerships
🌍 Working language: English

What you’ll do

  • Define and own our global channel strategy, including partner types, priority markets, sequencing and the roadmap for scaling the program.
  • Build Magnific’s partner ecosystem from the ground up, identifying, recruiting and activating agencies, creative studios, resellers and other high-potential partners worldwide.
  • Own strategic partnerships with technology and platform partners whose products and services complement Magnific.
  • Lead strategic partnership opportunities end to end, from initial conversations and commercial negotiations through to integration scoping alongside Product and Engineering.
  • Design and launch our global partner program, including tiers, commercial terms, incentives and rules of engagement.
  • Build scalable referral, co-sell and reseller motions across our markets.
  • Hire, lead and develop a team of regional Channel Partner Managers, starting with the US and EMEA.
  • Work closely with our direct Sales teams to ensure clear ownership, collaboration and attribution across partner-generated opportunities.
  • Establish clean Salesforce attribution and reporting for partner-sourced pipeline.
  • Track partner pipeline, conversion and ROI, using performance data to identify where to invest and where to adjust our approach.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
