Shape the future of leadership, learning and workforce capability at IHG.
At IHG Hotels & Resorts, we're building the capabilities that will power our future. We're looking for an experienced enterprise leader to define and lead our global leadership development, learning and workforce capability strategy, ensuring our people have the skills, mindset and tools to succeed in a rapidly changing world.
Reporting to the Vice President, Global Learning, this highly visible role will influence business strategy, workforce transformation and organisational performance across our global enterprise.
What you'll do
- Define and lead IHG's global leadership development and corporate learning strategy.
- Govern enterprise leadership frameworks, enable skills-based development approaches, and shape scalable career and capability pathways
- Shape future-ready capability priorities, including AI literacy, digital fluency and emerging skills.
- Partner with HR, Talent, Technology and business leaders to drive workforce capability transformation.
- Oversee the evolution of AI-enabled, personalised and scalable learning solutions.
- Establish measures that link capability growth to business performance, talent outcomes and workforce readiness.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives on leadership effectiveness, organisational capability and future workforce needs.
- Lead a global team focused on leadership development, skills and workforce readiness.
What we're looking for
We're seeking a strategic and influential leader with significant experience leading enterprise-wide learning, leadership, talent, capability or organisational development strategies within large, complex global organisations.
You'll bring:
- A proven track record delivering large-scale capability or workforce transformation initiatives.
- Experience influencing executive leaders and driving enterprise-wide change.
- Expertise in leadership development, workforce capability, skills-based organisations and organisational effectiveness.
- Strong understanding of AI, digital capability and future-of-work trends.
- The ability to translate workforce intelligence and business insight into strategic action.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive advisory skills.
- Experience leading high-performing global teams through complexity and change.
