About The Role
As Head of Sector Solutions you will be accountable for shaping how we deliver and scale sector solutions that address the most important challenges and opportunities within our chosen sectors. Sitting at the intersection of customer insight, technology, commercial strategy, and organisational collaboration, you will act as the focal point that connects sector strategy, customer needs and technical capability. You will ensure that opportunities are translated into scalable solutions that are 'designed once and deployed many times'.

This role offers flexibility and can be worked either full-time or on a part-time basis, with a minimum commitment of four days per week.
Key Responsibilities
As a successful Head of Sector Solutions, you will be trusted and empowered to deliver a portfolio of sector-led solutions that support our growth ambitions. As a leader, you will create an environment where Solutions Engineering excellence, customer/sector understanding and commercial thinking are combined to solve complex problems.
- You will be comfortable engaging with customers, influencing stakeholders across the business, leading engineers and facilitating collaboration across functions and business units.
- Through influence, credibility and collaboration, you will ensure people align around common goals, resolve competing priorities and maintain focus on delivering value for customers.
- You will build strong relationships across the organisation and create shared ownership of outcomes relating to solutions via a Solutions Community.
- You will continually look for ways to improve how Sector Solutions are developed, scaled and supported, helping to build organisational capability and accelerate innovation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
