Role: Head of Governance, Compliance, Fraud & Risk

Contract: 3 months +

Location: Work From Home (UK based only)

We are seeking an experienced Head of Governance, Compliance, Fraud & Risk Consultant to support an ambitious, greenfield technology programme focused on building and scaling a next-generation data platform.

Working with an innovative organisation operating within a highly regulated, data-sensitive environment, this is an opportunity to shape and establish the governance, compliance, fraud prevention and risk management frameworks that will underpin a rapidly evolving technology platform.

The successful consultant will bring a strong combination of strategic leadership, regulatory expertise and practical delivery experience, with a proven background in organisations managing complex, sensitive and highly regulated data.

The Role

You will take ownership of defining, implementing and embedding robust governance, compliance, fraud and risk frameworks across a new and rapidly scaling data platform.

Working closely with senior leadership, technology, data engineering, security and operational teams, you will ensure that regulatory obligations, data protection requirements and risk controls are built into the platform from the outset.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
