About The Role

As Head of Quality & Governance, you will lead the development and implementation of a robust quality, governance, and compliance framework across Practice Plus Group's Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) services, ensuring safe, effective, and patient-centred care.

Our IUC services operate across England and include GP Practices, GP Out of Hours, Clinical Assessment Services, and NHS 111 services. Working closely with CQC Registered Managers, the Senior Management Team, and key clinical, operational, and financial leaders, you will drive quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory compliance while supporting the delivery of our strategic objectives.
