We're hiring: Head of Grounds - Craven Cottage

Fulham Football Club Academy is looking for an exceptional Head of Grounds.

The Head of Grounds is responsible for leading the management, preparation and maintenance of the stadium playing surface, ensuring it consistently meets elite professional football standards for First Team, Women’s and Academy fixtures, events and approved pitch use. The role will lead the grounds team, manage budgets, equipment and pitch infrastructure, deliver maintenance and renovation programmes, and work closely with Football Operations, Stadium Operations, Commercial and Events to balance pitch performance with wider Club requirements. The postholder will provide expert advice on pitch usage, condition and improvement, oversee health and safety and compliance, and drive continuous improvement in turf management and playing surface performance. The successful candidate will have significant professional sports turf experience, strong leadership and technical skills, relevant qualifications, and the ability to make sound decisions in a demanding professional football environment.
