A leading SaaS-based technology managed services business is seeking an Interim Head of Group FP&A to join its senior finance leadership team. The business is undergoing significant transformation, with a growing focus on recurring revenue, profitability, and commercially driven decision-making.
This is a high-profile role partnering closely with the CFO and Executive Team, with significant influence over Group planning, performance, and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
As the Head of Group FP&A, you will be:
- Leading the Group FP&A function across budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Partnering with the CFO and Executive Team, providing insight, challenge, and analysis to drive business performance.
- Owning Group financial modelling, scenario analysis, and forecasting, improving the accuracy and predictability of financial performance.
- Leading Board reporting and developing clear, commercially focused management information.
- Driving deeper analysis of revenue, margins, and profitability, identifying opportunities for performance improvement.
- Developing and improving FP&A processes, reporting, and KPIs across the Group.
- Leading and developing the FP&A team while acting as a senior finance leader and deputising for the CFO when required.

Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be:
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with significant senior-level FP&A experience.
- An exceptional financial modeller with strong experience across budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis.
- Commercially astute, ideally with experience in technology, managed services, telecommunications, SaaS, or recurring-revenue businesses.
- A confident senior stakeholder and Board-level communicator, able to provide clear insight and constructive challenge.
- An experienced people leader who is analytical, curious, and comfortable driving change and improving existing ways of working.
