Head of Group FP&A
Location: 151 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 9SZ
Working Pattern: Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time
Reports To: Group Commercial Finance Director
Direct Reports: 3 FP&A Managers

The Role
This is a high-profile leadership opportunity to lead Group Financial Planning & Analysis across The Travel Corporation. Reporting to the Group Commercial Finance Director, you will play a key role in shaping how the business plans, measures performance and makes strategic decisions.
You will partner closely with Executive leaders, helping translate complex financial and operational information into clear commercial insight. From long-range planning and forecasting through to business performance, cash visibility and transformation initiatives, your work will influence decisions across a global organisation.

You'll also lead and develop a team of FP&A Managers, creating a high-performing function that is trusted, commercially focused and recognised for delivering meaningful business impact.

What Will You Do?
- Lead Group forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning activities.
- Provide insightful reporting and analysis to Executive and senior leadership teams.
- Partner with business leaders to improve commercial performance and decision-making.
- Strengthen financial planning, governance and performance management processes.
- Enhance visibility of cashflow, liquidity and key business drivers.
- Support Board, lender and stakeholder reporting requirements.
- Identify risks and opportunities that influence business performance.
- Lead finance transformation, reporting improvements and planning tool development.
- Coach and develop a high-performing FP&A team.

About You
Essential
- Professional finance qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
- Significant FP&A, Commercial Finance or Strategic Finance leadership experience.
- Experience leading budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
- Strong Executive and senior stakeholder partnering capability.
- Experience presenting financial insight to Board-level audiences.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence decisions.
- Track record of leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
- Experience operating within a complex, multi-entity organisation.
Desirable
- Private equity, lender-facing or value creation experience.
- Finance transformation, automation or operating model redesign experience.
- Planning tool implementation or enhancement experience.
- International business experience across multiple regions.
- Experience within travel, leisure, hospitality or another consumer-facing sector.
