Are you a technically strong FP&A professional looking for a role where you can genuinely influence a complex, international group?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful privately owned organisation operating across multiple markets, taking ownership of Group FP&A and reporting at a pivotal stage of its continued growth.
About the Role
This is a senior and highly visible position within the Group finance function, working closely with senior leadership to provide the insight, challenge and financial rigour needed to support key business decisions. You will have significant ownership of the Group budgeting process, forecasting and management reporting, ensuring senior stakeholders have a clear understanding of performance and the financial outlook.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a highly capable and established team, whilst remaining very much a hands-on leader yourself.
- Maintain a strong technical understanding of the detail whilst also stepping back to provide meaningful commercial insight and challenge.
- Improve reporting, strengthen the FP&A function and influence how financial information is used across the wider Group.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
