Job mission:
As Cluster Corporate Sales Manager, you will develop and manage a portfolio of corporate and key accounts across the Meliá London cluster. Through proactive sales activity, account development and market analysis, you will identify new business opportunities, strengthen existing partnerships and contribute to achieving corporate revenue, ADR and occupancy targets.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing corporate and key accounts, building strong relationships with decision-makers and bookers.
- Proactively identify and secure new high-potential corporate accounts across the London market.
- Conduct regular client appointments, hotel show-rounds, presentations and account meetings to drive business and strengthen relationships.
- Negotiate corporate rates in line with hotel objectives and business plan targets, with a focus on high-ADR accounts.
- Monitor corporate sales performance, account production and market trends, taking action to maximise revenue and profitability.
- Develop Account Development Plans and implement targeted sales initiatives to grow account production and market share.
- Participate in sales blitzes, roadshows, FAM trips, networking events and other business development activities.
- Identify new opportunities through market research, arrivals, industry publications, agencies and consortia, supporting the acquisition of new business.
- Maintain accurate account information, contracts, contacts and sales activity within relevant CRM systems and provide regular updates to the Director of Sales.
- Support the wider sales team and contribute to corporate sales projects, leading by example and promoting a positive, productive and collaborative team environment.

What are we looking for:
- Proven experience in hotel sales, corporate sales or account management.
- Strong track record of developing existing accounts and winning new business.
- Excellent relationship-building and networking skills, with confidence engaging senior decision-makers.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of revenue, ADR and occupancy.
- Proven ability to negotiate rates and identify opportunities to increase account production.
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
- Proactive, target-driven and confident in identifying new business opportunities.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
