Everybody is a fast-growing digital agency that puts people first. We believe that great work comes from giving the right people the right environment to grow. Our mission is to empower healthcare and wellness brands to thrive in the digital world by driving their marketing strategy and generating meaningful impact.
A place to grow
As Head of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for setting the strategic vision and direction for all performance marketing disciplines across the agency, including research, SEO, paid media, content, and analytics. You will lead a high-performing team of channel specialists and directors, drive new business growth, and ensure our clients achieve measurable, scalable results. This role requires exceptional leadership, a deep understanding of the digital landscape, and the ability to translate complex marketing strategy into clear commercial outcomes.
The fundamentals
- Set the overarching service evolution strategy for the agency, encompassing SEO, paid search, paid social, content marketing, and analytics.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a team of directors and senior channel leads, creating a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
- Act as the executive sponsor for key client accounts, building trusted relationships at C-suite and senior marketing level.
- Ensure consistent quality, strategic alignment, and commercial impact across all client work and agency output.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, sharing best practice, and staying ahead of emerging trends across all growth channels.
- Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to define and execute the agency's commercial and growth objectives.
- Working with the Client services team, spot opportunities to grow existing accounts, deepening client relationships and expanding the strategic value we deliver.
- Play a strategic role in new business — shaping pitches and proposals, bringing rigour to our responses, and helping convert opportunities into long-term client partnerships.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
