Head of Growth (Sales-focused) | AI Learning & Enterprise Partnerships

£80,000–£100,000 + Commission/Bonus 20/30% + EMI Share Options (where applicable)
Location: London | Work Model: Hybrid (1 day per week in the office)

About the Role

Build the growth engine. Shape the strategy. Report directly to the CEO / Founder.

Most commercial leadership roles ask you to optimise what's already there. This one asks you to build what comes next.

I'm looking for an ambitious commercial leader to become the first Head of Growth for a fast-growing, scale-up learning business that's helping organisations build the skills they need to thrive in an AI-powered world.

Reporting directly to the CEO/Founder, you'll sell, define the commercial strategy, shape the go-to-market approach and lead enterprise growth at one of the UK's most exciting learning & training businesses. If you enjoy creating commercial momentum, influencing & transforming business strategy and winning complex enterprise partnerships, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Why This Opportunity?

  • This isn't about inheriting a large sales team or simply delivering someone else's plan.
  • It's about building, scaling & transforming a small business.
  • You'll have the autonomy to shape how the business grows, influence how solutions are positioned in the market and work alongside Product, Learning, Marketing and Client Success to solve meaningful customer challenges.
  • Already working with leading enterprise organisations, the business is entering an exciting new stage of growth and is investing in senior commercial leadership to accelerate its ambitions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
