Head of Growth Marketing - London / Hybrid

About the company

We are a fast-growing B2B SaaS company building data and AI infrastructure that helps organisations collect, manage, and report complex enterprise data at scale.

Our platform centralises validated, auditable data and powers AI-driven workflows that improve efficiency, compliance, and decision-making.

We are now scaling our inbound growth engine to match the strength of our product and accelerate pipeline growth.

About the role

You will own the inbound growth engine end-to-end. Your remit spans positioning, SEO, GEO, Google Ads, demand generation, and marketing budget ownership.

This is not a channel execution role—you will design a unified system that turns ICP awareness into a measurable pipeline, working closely with sales and owning performance.

You will report directly to the CEO, set your own priorities, and operate as an AI-native marketer using modern tooling and automation as core infrastructure.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
