Head of Growth

Job Title: Head of Growth
Salary Range: £80,000–£110,000 + equity
Location / Working Model: Central London | Hybrid | Minimum 3 days in the office

Our client is an ambitious, consumer wellness business operating at the intersection of health, lifestyle, and biotechnology. Founded by experienced scientists, the organisation is building a growing subscription-based consumer proposition with plans to expand into new markets. This is an opportunity to join a lean, founder-led environment where your commercial decisions will have a direct impact. You’ll have the freedom to shape strategy while remaining close to execution, customer insight, creative testing, and performance data.

The Founding Head of Growth will own the consumer growth engine, with responsibility for acquiring, converting, and retaining high-value customers while building scalable routes to sustainable revenue.

Role Highlights

  • Own DTC growth strategy, budgets, forecasting, and commercial targets across the full customer journey.
  • Lead acquisition across paid channels while identifying opportunities through creators, partnerships, referral, PR, and community.
  • Build a rigorous creative testing programme using customer insight, performance data, and compelling propositions.
  • Improve e-commerce conversion across landing pages, product pages, offers, checkout, and subscriptions.
  • Establish clear reporting across CAC, payback, contribution, retention, cohorts, and lifetime value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
