Role Description
The Head of Growth is a full-time, on-site role based in Glasgow, responsible for driving user and revenue growth for FotolockerHQ. This role oversees the development and execution of growth strategies across marketing, sales, and product initiatives.

Day-to-day tasks include:

- Analyzing data to identify growth opportunities
- Designing and testing acquisition campaigns
- Optimizing conversion funnels
- Collaborating with product and engineering teams to improve user experience and retention
The Head of Growth will lead cross-functional projects, manage key performance metrics, and build partnerships that expand FotolockerHQ’s market presence among professional photographers and related segments. This position also involves mentoring team members and aligning growth efforts with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking to design, test, and scale effective growth strategies.
- Strong background in Customer Acquisition, including performance marketing, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision making.
- Proven experience in Sales with the ability to develop and manage pipelines, negotiate deals, and close strategic opportunities.
- Business Development skills to identify, build, and maintain partnerships that drive platform adoption and revenue.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in using data and experimentation (A/B testing, cohort analysis) to guide growth initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or creator-focused platforms is highly beneficial.
