Head of Growth | Consumer Electronics

Own the commercial engine. Accelerate digital growth. Build a best-in-class DTC operation.

A fast-growing international consumer electronics brand is looking to appoint a Head of Growth to lead its next phase of digital and commercial expansion.

With a strong reputation for product innovation and a loyal customer base, the business has ambitious plans to significantly increase the contribution of its digital channels. This role will be central to that journey, taking ownership of performance marketing, e-commerce, CRM, conversion optimisation and shopper marketing to build a scalable growth engine.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves data, understands customer behaviour, and knows how to turn digital channels into measurable commercial results. Someone with in-depth experience of martech would be ideal for this role.

The Role

As Head of Growth, you will own the company's commercial growth engine across DTC, e-commerce, performance marketing, CRM and shopper marketing.

This is not a role for a high-level strategist who delegates execution. The business is looking for an operator who understands the platforms, builds the frameworks, and drives performance through data-led decision making.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
