Head of Growth
London - hybrid, 3 days in office
Up to £110,000 + up to 20% bonus
This is a rare opportunity for a commercially driven Head of Growth to take ownership of a multi-brand digital growth function within a well-established consumer business undergoing significant digital transformation. You'll have the autonomy to shape acquisition strategy, lead a high-performing team, and influence growth across multiple channels while balancing brand and commercial objectives.

They are a recognised consumer retail organisation with an established presence across the UK and international markets. With a strong omnichannel offering spanning ecommerce and physical retail, the business is investing heavily in digital growth, customer acquisition, analytics, and innovation.
As part of a broader transformation journey, they are focused on building a modern, data-led marketing function capable of driving sustainable, profitable growth. This role sits at the centre of that ambition.
The Role
As Head of Growth, you will lead the strategy and execution of digital acquisition and performance marketing initiatives across multiple brands.

- Own the performance marketing strategy across PPC, Google Shopping, Paid Social, Affiliates, and emerging channels
- Develop and execute media strategies that balance brand objectives with commercial performance
- Build and deliver a modern SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) strategy to maximise visibility across traditional and AI-driven search environments
- Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and channel efficiency through data-led decision making
- Own attribution frameworks, incrementality testing, forecasting, and budget allocation
- Establish a high-performing experimentation culture focused on measurable commercial impact
- Develop integrated media plans aligned to seasonal campaigns and key trading periods
- Identify, test, and scale new growth opportunities and acquisition channels
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of digital marketing specialists
- Partner closely with brand, creative, merchandising, analytics, and technology teams
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong in-house experience leading digital growth or performance marketing functions within ecommerce or retail environments
- Demonstrated success managing significant marketing budgets and delivering commercial growth
- Deep expertise across SEO, GEO, PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates, and digital acquisition
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition metrics including CAC, LTV, attribution, and incrementality
- Experience balancing growth strategies across multiple brands, product lines, or business units
- Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
- Proven people leadership experience with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior leadership
- Background within fashion, retail, lifestyle, or consumer-focused ecommerce businesses is highly desirable
