Ready to build the UK's leading premium organic food brand?
The Organic Butchery and Eversfield Organic are two of the UK's most respected direct-to-consumer organic food brands, trusted by thousands of customers who care deeply about quality, provenance and sustainability. We are now entering an exciting new phase of growth. Our ambition is to scale the business over the next three years. To achieve this, we're looking for an exceptional Head of Brand, Growth & E-commerce to join our Senior Leadership Team and lead our customer growth strategy.
This is not a traditional marketing role. We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution - someone who understands how to build brands, scale e-commerce businesses, improve customer retention and create exceptional customer experiences.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll own the entire customer-facing growth agenda across our brands. From defining brand positioning and customer propositions to optimising the website, improving CRM, increasing subscriptions and driving commercial performance, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business. You'll also lead the launch of an exciting new premium pet food brand, giving you the opportunity to build a new category from the ground up.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
