Head of Growth | Remote
A UK-based D2C health and wellness brand, currently around £8m in revenue and trading up 30% year on year, is looking for a Head of Growth to own the growth engine end to end.
Marketing has been founder-led up to now, but the infrastructure is already in place: paid social, TikTok, design and dev teams are all up and running. What's missing is someone to take full ownership of acquisition, retention and the growth P&L, and direct that team with real structure and pace.

- Full ownership of acquisition, retention and the growth P&L, not just brand or top-of-funnel activity.
- Directing an existing team rather than building one from scratch: Head of Paid Social, Head of TikTok, a Marketing Assistant, full-time Designer, Developers, a full-time UX Designer running landing page testing, and an outsourced Google Ads function.
- Taking the business from around £8m to £15m within two years, with a five-year ambition of £50m.
- Bringing structure and pace to a business that's already growing fast, without compromising profitability.

Who they're looking for
- A genuine D2C growth track record, evidenced rather than claimed. They want to see the numbers: revenue, subscriber or acquisition growth you personally drove, not a team you sat near. Strong specifically across Meta, Instagram and TikTok.
- Commercially realistic and hands-on, someone who wants to own a P&L, not just set a brand direction.
Background in health, wellness or supplements is a nice-to-have, not essential.
