The role
We’re recruiting for a hands-on Head of Growth to build and own our direct-to-consumer (DTC) acquisition engine.
This is an operator role, not a director-of-directors seat. You’ll be in Ads Manager yourself, briefing and testing creative yourself, and building landing pages yourself – with a lean pod around you that grows as the results earn it. Your mission: scale our new-customer acquisition profitably, owning everything from paid social and creator-led content to landing pages and tracking.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The responsibilities
As Head of Growth, you will:
- Build and own a creative-testing flywheel – isolating new concepts, scaling winners and killing losers against a clear, written definition of success
- Drive high-quality creative volume – deliberately fewer, better ads over sheer quantity
- Build a lean creator and whitelisting engine, including a VIP tier of health-authority creators (clinicians, nutritionists, dietitians) from our network
- Build high-converting, pain-point-led landing pages congruent to each ad angle
- Own honest acquisition tracking – keeping the platform acquiring new customers rather than re-marketing to existing ones, and protecting CAC
- Turn our founder’s long-form content (YouTube, thought-leadership, broadcast) into an evergreen, systematically clipped owned-media engine
- Run compliant demand creation within the UK CAP Code, with review built into every workflow
- Own new-customer share of DTC revenue while keeping CAC in check
