About EVE LOM

For over four decades, EVE LOM has been a pioneer in radiant skin health — fusing British heritage, artisanal craftsmanship, and botanical science and innovation to create skincare that embodies balance, purity, and timeless beauty.

Celebrated globally for its iconic cleansing balm and holistic approach to skincare, EVE LOM continues to evolve its legacy, bridging tradition and modernity.

Guided by a three-year strategic roadmap, the brand is focused on:

  • Driving cleansing leadership and global authority
  • Building a second growth engine as it evolves into multi-categories and markets
  • Fostering a relevant, consumer-focused brand and engagement strategy

The EVE LOM brand is at a significant point of evolution, with a new global brand team, strategic direction, and impact plan being developed at its home in London. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to be part of shaping the future of the brand itself, the business, and the team culture.

We are seeking an experienced commercial and brand leader to unite our Sales, Marketing, and e-Commerce capability into one high-performing growth engine — driving revenue, brand equity, and profitable, sustainable growth for EVE LOM.

Role Purpose

Reporting to the Global Brand President, this role will lead EVE LOM's global commercial growth strategy — bringing Sales, Marketing, and E-Commerce together under a single, unified leader for the first time. This is a newly created role, formed by merging the previous Sales Director and Marketing Director positions and combining all International Sales ex China into one function, reflecting the brand's shift towards a single commercial owner and a growth mindset embedded across the whole team.

The Head of Growth will serve as the commercial engine of EVE LOM's international business — owning the P&L across the four key growth channels for these markets (Direct, Amazon, S-Commerce, and Specialty Multi), and setting the Marketing and go-to-market strategy for the brand globally, ensuring every sales, marketing, and eCommerce decision drives measurable commercial impact while protecting the brand's premium positioning.

Key Accountabilities

Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Own the global commercial growth strategy (ex China), delivering ambitious net sales, retail sales, and profitability targets across all international markets and channels
  • Develop and lead the annual commercial planning, forecasting, and budget process
  • Manage the commercial P&L, ensuring sustainable, profitable growth
  • Identify new market opportunities, distribution channels, and strategic partnerships to accelerate growth and develop market-specific growth strategies
  • Partner with the Global Brand President and Leadership Team to deliver strategic business objectives

Sales Leadership

  • Develop and lead the global sales organization to achieve revenue and profitability targets, including full ownership of International Sales (excluding China)
  • Drive performance across distributors, direct markets, and strategic retail partners
  • Strengthen relationships with key global accounts to maximize long-term commercial opportunities
  • Ensure consistent execution of commercial strategies while protecting premium brand positioning

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
