About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Growth to own and operate enhesa.com, our newly rebuilt website (built in Webflow). This is a high-ownership role at the centre of how Enhesa turns website visitors into pipeline: you’ll be responsible for conversion rate optimisation, ongoing site improvements, the web development roadmap, and building out intent-based triggers that respond to how visitors actually behave.
This is a senior, strategic hire, with some channel-execution: you’ll set the direction for the website and growth program, and be trusted to make the calls on where to focus. It suits someone with strong B2B SaaS experience who brings forward-thinking ideas and can back them up with proven execution and delivery, not just strategy decks. You should be comfortable thinking in behavioural cohorts: understanding how different visitor and customer segments behave, and using that understanding to design growth loops. For example, using trial or signup cohort behaviour to trigger the next best content offer, or sending an appropriate lead magnet from tracked intent signals. Above all, we’re looking for a collaborative, organised operator who can run multiple workstreams at once without losing sight of the details.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
