Your New Company

Join a rapidly scaling, founder-led consumer wellness D2C brand. Having achieved significant revenue growth in a short space of time, the business is entering its next phase of expansion, with ambitious plans to launch new products, accelerate international growth, and further optimise customer acquisition and retention.

Backed by experienced investors and operating with a high-performance, entrepreneurial culture, this is an opportunity to join the leadership team at a pivotal growth stage and play a direct role in shaping the future of the business.

Your New Role

You'll manage substantial marketing budgets, oversee both internal teams and external partners, and be responsible for driving efficient, profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Owning customer acquisition across paid social, search, influencer, affiliate, and emerging channels.
  • Developing creative testing frameworks that drive performance and scale.
  • Leading retention and lifecycle marketing strategies to improve LTV and subscription growth.
  • Owning website performance, conversion rate optimisation, funnel development, and customer journey improvements.
  • Managing marketing budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
