🔎 What we're looking for

HighCohesion is the integration platform for ambitious brands whose growth is starting to break the systems holding them together. What worked at £15m doesn’t work at £50m.

Through our iPaaS, we connect tech stacks to get the right data, in the right place and at the right time. 70+ DTC brands run their operations through us — Represent, Adanola, Nobody's Child, and Stussy among them — moving orders, stock, and refunds between Shopify, ERP, and their warehouses in real time.

Since the business started in 2019, almost all of that growth has come from partner referrals and founder-led sales. It’s worked until now, but doesn’t power the next phase of growth on its own. That's the ceiling we're hiring you to break.

What does success look like? We want you to 5x SQL (sales qualified leads).

How you do it, is totally up to you.

As Head of Growth you’ll own pipeline. Content, SEO, paid, events, and partner marketing — every channel that puts a qualified brand in front of our sales team. You'll work within and contribute to our commercial strategy, and you'll be measured on one thing: qualified pipeline that closes. Your commission is uncapped and paid on signed new customers — when the pipeline converts, you earn. We're bootstrapped and around 20 people, so this really is a player-coach role. You set the plan, and you also write the campaign, brief the designer, and then deploy. You’ll be laying the foundations for growing out further roles within our commercial team.

To help you succeed, you’ll be actively given access and exposure across our customer and partner base. You’ll have ring-fenceed time to understand how we work internally, not only in the first months, but ongoing so you have your finger on the pulse of the business - we believe this is key to understanding what growth levers you have. You’ll own a budget of your own.

What we’ll give you in return are an industry-leading set of benefits and compensation, a clear career path and progression, the opportunity to truly not only execute but to design and build as well.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

📋 Your responsibilities

  • Own the pipeline number. Build the funnel from first touch to sales-qualified, report on it honestly, and be accountable for it.
  • Build the inbound engine — content, SEO, and the website. We have customer stories most marketers dream of (£25M to £100M GMV at Represent, 60,000 orders an hour at LSKD's peak Black Friday). Turn them into demand.
  • Run outbound programmes with the sales team: target lists, messaging, sequences, and follow-up that respects the reader's time.
  • Make partner-sourced pipeline predictable. Our buyers already trust the Shopify, 3PL, ERP and returns ecosystem — build the co-marketing engine that makes HighCohesion their default referral.
  • Own the events strategy: which events we attend, what we run ourselves, and what each one is worth in pipeline.
  • Build the measurement layer: attribution, CAC by channel, pipeline coverage — reporting the CCO can run the commercial plan on.
  • Spend like it's your money. Every channel truly earns its budget or loses it.

💯 Your qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, with 2+ years owning a pipeline target
  • Track record of building pipeline for a considered, high-ACV B2B purchase — SaaS, iPaaS, or technology services
  • Hands-on across content, SEO, paid, and email — you can run a channel yourself before you hire for it
  • You write exceptionally well. Our buyers are senior operators at brands they care about, and the way we talk to them matters.
  • Fluent in the numbers: CAC, conversion by stage, channel payback, pipeline coverage
  • You use AI to work more efficiently and accurately

Desirable

  • You know the DTC ecommerce world — Shopify, NetSuite, 3PLs, returns platforms — and why a brand doing £30M cares about integration
  • Existing relationships in the Shopify and NetSuite partner ecosystem
  • Experience marketing to founders, COOs, and finance leaders at £10M–£200M businesses
  • You've done this at a bootstrapped or capital-efficient business, where you can't spend your way out of a problem
  • You use AI in a way that makes people say, “wow!”
