Head of Growth (Performance & Scaling)
About Cohypes
At Cohypes, we build, launch, and aggressively scale DTC brands in the health, beauty, and wellness spaces. We operate with high speed, deep analytical rigor, and a relentless focus on performance. We don't just run ads — we build high-converting funnel ecosystems, launch hundreds of creative iterations weekly, and aggressively capture market share across global markets.
We cut out bureaucracy and empower our leaders with massive media budgets, rapid feedback loops, and the autonomy required to hit exponential scale.
About the Position
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Growth will own the global customer acquisition and retention architecture across our entire portfolio of e-commerce brands.
This is not a traditional brand-management position; it is an aggressive, numbers-driven growth leadership role. Your mission is to build, optimize, and scale a relentless, high-performing performance marketing engine across global markets. You will own the full unit-economics equation - pushing scaling limits on Meta, Google, affiliate/partnership networks, and alternative channels while maintaining strict profitability, target CPAs, and long-term LTV targets.
If you thrive in high-velocity performance environments (media buying, direct response, aggressive funnel testing, affiliate partnerships, and rapid scaling) and want total control over portfolio growth strategy, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Drive Aggressive Portfolio Scale: Own the end-to-end customer acquisition and retention strategy across all portfolio brands, scaling high-volume media spend profitably.
- Master High-Volume Media Buying: Oversee performance channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Native, etc.) with an emphasis on continuous scaling, bid management, and rapid budget re-allocation based on real-time data.
- Build & Scale Affiliates & Partnerships: Build, expand, and manage a high-volume affiliate and strategic partnerships channel, establishing performance-driven relationships with affiliate networks, publishers, creators, and media buyers.
- Lead Creative Production & Funnel Velocity: Build a rapid-fire creative and conversion system. Drive high-frequency testing across advertising angles, hooks, advertorials, VSLs, and pre-sells.
- Optimize Unit Economics & Retention: Maximize LTV/CAC ratios through aggressive email/SMS lifecycle automation, subscription loops, upsell/cross-sell funnels, and churn-mitigation strategies.
- Build & Deploy High-Performing Teams: Lead, recruit, and mentor elite media buyers, affiliate managers, retention specialists, and creative strategists, setting aggressive KPIs and holding teams to top-tier performance standards.
- Partner with Brand & Product Owners: Collaborate with Product Owners on commercial targets, unit economics, offer structure, pricing strategy, inventory scaling, and funnel requirements.
- Own Attribution & Data Architecture: Work alongside Tech/Data teams to maintain bulletproof tracking, server-side API integrations, custom attribution models, and continuous cohort analysis across all channels, including affiliate networks.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
