The ideal candidate will come from a military communications, information systems, or digital capability background, with experience gained within the Royal Signals, Royal Navy communications and information warfare communities, RAF CIS, or similar Defence communications environments.

We are looking for someone who has operated at a senior leadership level, ideally Lieutenant Colonel, Colonel, or equivalent, with responsibility for capability development, communications and information systems, C4ISR, digital transformation, or operational communications.
Working closely with senior military, government, and industry stakeholders, you will identify and shape high-value opportunities, develop long-term growth strategies, and help position the business at the forefront of Defence innovation.

Current DV clearance is highly desirable, although candidates who have previously held DV clearance are also encouraged to apply.
