Company Description

LOOK AT YOU GO helps people capture and remember the work that matters most in their careers. In just 90 seconds each week, users record what they did, what changed, and the impact they made, building a structured history of achievements, responsibilities, and growth. This living record supports career conversations around promotions, pay increases, and new opportunities. Unlike traditional performance reviews or simple notes apps, the record follows users across roles and employers, giving them a clearer, long-term view of their career.

The company’s mission is simple: you do the work, and LOOK AT YOU GO helps you keep the receipts.

Role Description

The Head of Growth is a full-time, remote position responsible for leading and executing growth strategies across the entire customer lifecycle. This role oversees experimentation, growth marketing campaigns, and funnel optimization to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
