About HyperGrowth AI

HyperGrowth AI builds. We're at the stage where the product has strong signal and real customers, and our next chapter is about turning that momentum into a repeatable, scalable growth engine. We move fast, ship often, and care deeply about the customer experience.

The Role

We're looking for our first Head of Growth to own the entire growth function end to end — from top-of-funnel acquisition through activation, retention, and expansion. You'll be the person who turns "growing" into "growing predictably." This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll set strategy, build the team, and still be close enough to the numbers to spot what's working and kill what isn't.

You'll partner tightly with Product, Engineering, and the founders, and you'll have the mandate (and the budget) to experiment aggressively.

What You'll Do

  • Own the growth strategy. Define and execute the roadmap across acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue. Set the north-star metric and the inputs that drive it.
  • Build the funnel. Design and optimize the full customer journey — from first touch to activated, paying, expanding user.
  • Run rigorous experimentation. Build a high-velocity testing culture: hypotheses, experiments, clean measurement, and fast iteration.
  • Scale paid and organic channels. Own performance marketing, SEO/content, lifecycle/email, and product-led growth loops. Find the channels that scale and double down.
  • Instrument everything. Stand up the analytics, attribution, and dashboards the company needs to make decisions with confidence.
  • Drive activation and retention. Work with Product to improve onboarding, reduce churn, and increase expansion revenue.
  • Build and lead the team. Hire, mentor, and grow a world-class growth team as we scale.
  • Manage the budget. Allocate spend across channels for the strongest ROI and report clearly on performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years in growth, performance marketing, or product-led growth, including 2+ years in a leadership or team-building capacity.
  • A track record of driving measurable, compounding growth at a startup or high-growth company (ideally B2B SaaS and/or an AI/technical product).
  • Deep fluency across both paid acquisition and organic/product-led growth loops — you're not a one-channel specialist.
  • Strong analytical chops: comfortable in the data, fluent with tools like [GA4, Amplitude/Mixpanel, SQL, etc.], and able to design clean experiments.
  • Full-stack range: strategic enough to own the plan, hands-on enough to execute it before there's a team.
  • Excellent collaboration with Product and Engineering — you understand that in modern growth, the product is a growth channel.
  • Bias toward action, comfort with ambiguity, and genuine excitement about the AI space.
