Head of Growth – Europe
About the Role
As Head of Growth – Europe, you will own the complete DTC and Shopify growth engine across key European markets, with direct accountability for profitable revenue growth.
You will combine performance marketing, creative strategy, landing-page optimization, offer development, and rigorous experimentation to build a scalable growth system.
This is a highly hands-on role for a builder who is comfortable running campaigns, creating and testing assets, analyzing performance, and making rapid decisions.
You will have full ownership of the European DTC growth P&L and the commercial levers that influence acquisition, conversion, retention, and contribution margin.
You will work closely with operations, creative production, email/SMS, and wholesale teams while maintaining clear ownership of the growth agenda.
As the business scales, you will have the opportunity to build a small, high-performing team or network of specialist talent around the growth engine.
This is a remote opportunity with significant autonomy, a fast pace of experimentation, and the scope to shape European expansion from the ground up.
Accountabilities
- Own the full European DTC/Shopify growth engine and take responsibility for achieving an ambitious 100% year-over-year channel growth target while maintaining profitable economics.
- Manage and scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels, continuously identifying new audiences, creative angles, channels, and opportunities for profitable growth.
- Lead creative growth strategy by developing concepts, briefing creative production, and iterating high-performing advertising assets designed to capture attention and drive conversion.
- Build, launch, and continuously optimize landing pages, conversion funnels, and commercial offers, treating media, pages, and offers as interconnected growth levers.
- Establish a structured experimentation program covering creative, audiences, offers, landing pages, and other elements of the customer journey, rapidly scaling successful tests and discontinuing underperforming approaches.
- Own and monitor core growth metrics including ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rate, AOV, and contribution margin, translating performance data into clear commercial decisions.
- Analyze the complete customer journey and develop repeatable growth systems rather than optimizing individual campaigns in isolation.
- Collaborate closely with operations, creative production, email/SMS, wholesale, and other teams while retaining full ownership of the European DTC growth P&L.
- Use AI and automation extensively to accelerate creative production, copy development, landing-page creation, reporting, analysis, and operational workflows.
- Build and lead a small, high-output growth team or trusted network of specialists as European revenue expands.
- Maintain a clear testing cadence and ensure there is always a pipeline of new opportunities, hypotheses, and growth initiatives to develop the next winning combination.
- Provide clear visibility into what is working, what is underperforming, what is being tested next, and how each decision impacts the overall P&L.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
