A well-established, exciting consumer brand is looking for an experienced Freelance Head of Growth (with potential to go perm) to support the business through a busy trading period.
This is a hands-on role with responsibility for performance marketing, CRM and ecommerce growth. The initial focus will be supporting both acquisition and retention, before moving into a more acquisition-focused role later in the contract.
This role would suit someone who can get up to speed quickly and make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead paid social activity, with a particular focus on Meta.
- Own CRM strategy and execution through Klaviyo.
- Work closely with the Ecommerce Manager to optimise the Shopify Plus website, improving conversion, merchandising and online trading performance.
- Partner with creative teams to develop and optimise lower-funnel creative.
- Use data and performance insights to identify opportunities across the customer journey.
- Report on key growth metrics, including ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion and retention.

The Ideal Candidate
- Available immediately or at short notice
- Experience within beauty, wellness or premium consumer brands would be advantageous, as would experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.
- Experience in a senior Growth, Performance Marketing or CRM role within a D2C business.
- Strong hands-on experience across Meta and paid social.
- Experience managing and optimising a Shopify Plus ecommerce platform.
- A commercial and analytical approach, with the ability to work at pace.
- Experience within beauty, wellness or premium consumer brands would be advantageous, as would experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.
