Head of Growth – DTC Ecommerce
Location: London - Hybrid
Salary: £70,000 to £75,000
Are you a commercially-minded ecommerce leader who thrives on owning the numbers, challenging assumptions, and driving sustainable growth?
We're partnering with a fast-growing consumer products business with a portfolio of established direct-to-consumer brands sold via their own ecommerce sites, Amazon, and major UK retail partners. With ambitious international expansion plans and a growing focus on subscriptions and customer retention, they're looking for a Head of Growth to take ownership of ecommerce performance across the business.
This is a strategic leadership role rather than a hands-on media buying position. Paid media is managed by specialist agency partners, you'll define the commercial targets, challenge performance, and ensure every pound invested delivers profitable growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
