Head of Growth Analytics

Location: UK Remote or Hybrid with visits to our Sheffield HQ, 6 times a year
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours (Core hours 10:00am - 2:00pm Monday - Friday)

We're here to help those who teach. It's what brings us to work every day. At Twinkl, we’ve been providing educators across the world with high quality, trusted teaching and learning resources for over a decade now. They’re all written and checked by our wonderful team of experienced educators, and there are hundreds of thousands of resources to download, with new ones added daily.

We’re looking for an exceptional Head of Growth Analytics to lead the analytics, experimentation and data strategy that powers customer acquisition and demand generation.

This is a senior data leadership role with significant strategic and technical influence. You will shape how we use data across marketing, define the analytical standards that underpin high volume, multi channel campaigns, and ensure our investment in growth delivers measurable commercial value.

You will lead a specialist analytics team, act as the data authority for our MarTech ecosystem, and work closely with the Chief Growth Officer, Channel Leaders, Product and Technology teams as well as external partners.

What will you be doing?

  • Setting the strategic direction for marketing analytics, experimentation and data.
  • Leading, mentoring and developing a high performing specialist analytics team.
  • Translating complex commercial challenges into clear, value focused analytical questions.
  • Developing advanced modelling approaches to understand customer acquisition and optimise the full acquisition funnel.
  • Shaping and leading experimentation across marketing campaigns and product development.
  • Defining technical standards for campaign tracking and ensuring high quality, reliable data.
  • Overseeing the integration of our MarTech platforms with the wider enterprise data environment.
  • Providing senior leaders and channel heads with clear, actionable performance reporting and insight.
  • Using statistical, predictive and optimisation techniques to inform investment and budget allocation.
  • Leading relationships and contract negotiations with data and technology vendors.
  • Partnering with Product and Technology to develop scalable data pipelines and architecture.
  • Ensuring marketing data is managed securely, compliantly and ethically.
  • Taking accountability for commercial outcomes, value realisation, delivery standards and risk.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
