Are you looking for a career that makes a real difference?

A role with Achieve Together might be the perfect opportunity for a long-lasting, rewarding career in the social care sector.

We are looking for team members who are passionate about supporting people, helping our Operations teams deliver excellent care and support, and celebrating achievements.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of Growth and Partnerships to join our community hub team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's core operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide senior commercial leadership for a designated area, shaping and delivering a forward-looking growth strategy that aligns operational provision with customer need, market opportunity and organisational priorities.
  • The role will act as a strategic partner to Operations, leading and developing the commercial sales team to generate new referrals, improve conversion and occupancy performance, and embed commercial excellence across the allocated area.
  • A key focus will be refining home identities, specialisms and market positioning so the offer is clear, compelling and responsive to commissioners, families and partners.

Requirements

  • Significant senior commercial, sales leadership, business development or strategic partnership experience, ideally within health, social care, supported living, housing or a complex multi-site environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies that deliver measurable improvements in referrals, occupancy, conversion, revenue and customer engagement.
  • Strong experience of leading and developing sales, business relationship or commercial teams, with the ability to set clear priorities, build capability and embed a high-performance culture.
  • Excellent business partnering skills, with the credibility to work alongside senior operational leaders and translate operational priorities into commercial action.
  • Strong understanding of commissioner, local authority, Integrated Care Board and wider referral pathways, with the ability to influence and build trusted strategic relationships.
  • Commercially astute, data-led and strategically minded, with the ability to use insight to shape positioning, future planning and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills, with confidence presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
