About Us
TNGE is a founder-led performance and brand agency for beauty, wellness, and fashion brands. We're growing fast, because most agencies do one thing well: performance shops optimize ROAS without understanding what sells a beauty brand, and creative agencies make beautiful work they can't measure. We do both, and our clients don't have to choose.
Role Overview
We're hiring our first Head of Growth.
You'll own paid, CRO, and CRM across our client portfolio and build the function: how we plan campaigns, how we build them, and how we report. As the accounts grow, you'll build the team around you.
This is a hands-on role. You'll run campaigns yourself in Meta and Google Ads, work in GA4, Klaviyo, and Shopify, and collaborate with our creative strategists and content leads.
Responsibilities
- Paid Social: Full campaign management on Meta and TikTok. Setup, structure, budget pacing, audience and retargeting architecture, creative rotation, A/B testing, and scaling decisions.
- Paid Search: Google Ads across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max. Campaign structure, keywords, feed quality, bidding, and budget allocation.
- CRM and Lifecycle: Email and SMS programs in Klaviyo. Flow architecture, segmentation, campaign calendar, testing, and revenue contribution.
- Conversion Optimization: Landing pages and shop optimization from first click to checkout, including CRO testing, funnel, and offer strategy.
- Analytics and Measurement: Tracking setup, GA4, pixel and conversion API, UTM structure, attribution, and reporting.
- Creative Briefing: You tell the creative team what paid needs in terms of angles, hooks, and formats, and review the work before it goes live.
- Client Ownership: Senior stakeholders, weekly calls, strategy presentations, and the commercial conversations that come with them.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Looking For
- Several years running paid for DTC or consumer brands, hands-on, with full accountability for the performance.
- Full-stack across paid social, paid search, CRM, CRO, and analytics.
- Hands-on Klaviyo experience, or equivalent (Braze, Bloomreach, Emarsys).
- A strong eye for design. You care how the work looks, not only how it performs, and you can explain the difference between an ad that reads premium and one that doesn't.
- Confident with senior clients and comfortable leading meetings.
- Experience in beauty, wellness, or fashion.
- Structured, analytical, and obsessed with testing.
