About the Role
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Growth based in United Kingdom.
As Head of Growth, you will define and lead the growth strategy for established eCommerce and DTC brands entering their next phase of expansion.
You’ll operate at a strategic level, identifying the highest-impact opportunities and turning performance data into clear growth priorities. Rather than focusing on hands-on execution, you’ll build, guide, and manage the teams responsible for delivering growth across multiple channels.
Your decisions will directly influence revenue, customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and overall commercial performance. You’ll collaborate closely with brand leadership, providing clear recommendations, roadmaps, and performance insights.
The role is designed for an experienced growth leader who thrives in a fast-paced, remote, and asynchronous environment. It offers the opportunity to shape the trajectory of ambitious brands and help them progress toward 7- and 8-figure revenue.
Accountabilities
- Define the overall growth strategy and roadmap for an assigned eCommerce or DTC brand, with a focus on achieving ambitious revenue growth targets.
- Identify the highest-leverage growth opportunities and establish priorities for the team based on business objectives, market conditions, and performance data.
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary growth teams spanning paid media, email marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), creative, and other relevant channels.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight rather than focusing primarily on hands-on channel execution.
- Regularly review performance metrics, analyze results, identify trends and challenges, and adjust the growth strategy accordingly.
- Establish clear priorities and expectations for team members while ensuring execution remains aligned with the broader growth roadmap.
- Communicate progress, strategic recommendations, opportunities, and risks clearly to brand leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Help build an environment of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making across the growth function.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
