The Role
This is a pivotal, senior leadership hire that sits at the heart of our commercial ambition. As Head of Growth, you will own and lead our full revenue strategy, building out a high-performance sales function from the ground up while working in close partnership with our Marketing team.
You will report directly to the CEO and have significant autonomy to define how we go to market, build scalable sales infrastructure, and drive revenue growth in line with our ambitious targets.
This is not a role for someone who wants to inherit a mature playbook. It is a role for a builder: someone energized by creating structure where little exists, who can move between strategy and execution, and who takes genuine pride in building something that outlasts them.
What You Will Own
Revenue Growth
- Own and deliver against ambitious ARR targets, leading the full revenue function from pipeline generation through to close
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that moves the business beyond its inbound-led origins and establishes a robust, repeatable outbound sales motion for the first time
- Define and manage the revenue forecast, pipeline health, and reporting cadence
Sales Function Building
- Architect and implement a scalable sales engine: processes, playbooks, qualification frameworks, pipeline stages, and performance metrics
- Select, configure, and optimize the sales technology stack, including CRM, sequencing tools, and revenue intelligence platforms
- Build outbound capability from scratch, including prospecting strategy, ICP definition, sequencing, and outreach frameworks
- Establish clear sales methodologies and embed them as the operational foundation of the team

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
