Role Description
The Head of Growth is a full-time remote role responsible for setting and executing the overall growth strategy for Barbell Marketing clients in the fitness and e-commerce space. This role oversees customer acquisition initiatives, designs and optimizes growth funnels, and coordinates cross-channel campaigns across paid media, email, and other performance marketing channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing data to identify growth opportunities, running experiments, managing budgets and performance targets, and collaborating with marketing, sales, and client success teams to increase revenue and retention.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking, with a track record of driving measurable revenue and user growth.
- Strong skills in Customer Acquisition, including designing and optimizing multi-channel funnels and campaigns.
- Proficiency in performance marketing channels such as paid media, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization tools.
- Ability to interpret analytics and dashboards, run A/B tests, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams remotely.
- Background in DTC is required. Fitness-related DTC is highly beneficial.
