Job Title: Corporate Head of Growth

Salary: £88,018

Location: Lincolnshire - Grimsby or Boston Office

Are you Passionate about building thriving communities?

We have a fantastic new opportunity as our Corporate Head of Growth, in our Property Services Directorate. We're looking for an inspiring and commercially savvy leader with experience delivering new developments within the housing sector.

Why is this role important?

LHP is embarking on one of the most ambitious and important periods in its history.

With Board approval secured for a 10-year development programme to deliver up to 2,350 new homes between 2026 and 2036, we are seeking a Head of Growth to shape and lead the delivery of this transformational agenda.

This role offers a unique opportunity to establish and execute LHP's long-term Growth Strategy, building the partnerships, governance, development pipeline and delivery capability required to bring high-quality affordable homes to communities across Lincolnshire.

Working closely with the Executive Team and Board, the Head of Growth will lead the delivery of LHP's ambitious growth programme, helping to address housing need across Lincolnshire while strengthening the organisation's long-term sustainability and impact.

As our development ambitions continue to grow, so too will the team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop an existing team of six colleagues while spearheading the recruitment of additional talent. You'll have the chance to build and shape your own team, creating the capability needed to deliver a significant long-term development programme, all while working with a dedicated and highly regarded group of professionals.

The Head of Growth is a career-defining opportunity to lead a programme that will have a lasting impact on thousands of people across Lincolnshire and help shape the future of LHP for generations to come.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
